Elite Nights

DeSales fine dining! 1-2 nights a month, our Sauté Station serves a higher end meal. Some of the nights include Steak, Surf & Turf, BBQ, Prime Rib, and Half Pound Burger.

Pub Nights

Try our pub food throughout the school year at O'Connor Commons. Pub Nights are every Thursday from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, and you must be 21+ to enter. 21+ attendees can enjoy an alcoholic beverage and watch various programs on TV. If you are under 21, do not worry. Our Transact app allows you to order and pick up any of our pub food during pub nights. There's more! Once a month, there is an under-21 Pub Night where you can enjoy the same atmosphere as the weekly pub nights, minus the alcohol.

Dessert Bars

Throughout the semester, the DUC will hold various dessert bars. At dinner time, Ice Cream Bars, Milkshake Bars, and a brand-new Italian Ice Night will pop up throughout the school year. Be sure to look for our dining calendar at every location for the specific dates for each dessert bar.

Halloween Festivities

In October, look for Halloween themed sales, pumpkin decorating competition, and Halloween dinner. The winner of the pumpkin decorating competition receives a very special prize. For Halloween Dinner, enjoy special our normal menu items throughout the DUC with a spooky twist.

DUCsgiving

November begins our Thanksgiving promotions with a bake sale, Thanksgiving-themed sales, and of course...DUCsgiving. On the Monday before Thanksgiving break, a Thanksgiving meal is held for all students and staff at the DUC. Students spend the entire day at the DUC reserving seats for the special night. Enjoy Turkey, Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Pies, and more before the semester begins to wind down.

Christmas

With only a few weeks left in the semester, holiday-themed sales and our end-of-semester bulk sale are helpful for students looking to spend their leftover dining dollars. Wednesday after Thanksgiving Break, the DUC Food Court will hold Christmas dinner at Le Bistro and Sauté. One last special meal before Finals Week and Winter Break.

Mardi Gras

For Mardi Gras, on February 17th, 2026, Le Bistro and Sauté will join together for one big celebration dinner. Previous Mardi Gras Dinners included Jumbo Shrimp Po Boy, Cajun BBQ Onion Rings, Tiger Shrimp & Andouille Sausage Jambalaya, Grilled Rio Chicken Thighs, and more!

St. Patrick's Day

After Spring Break, St. Patrick's Day will include a holiday-themed Bistro menu and a Shamrock Shake Bar.

Easter

Before Easter Break begins, Le Bistro and Sauté will have an Easter dinner menu. Previous years included Carved Ham, Carved Prime Rib, Chicken Bruschetta, Seared Salmon, Roasted Vegetable Penne Pasta, and more!
